Eko Electricity Distribution Company (Eko Disco) has named Wola Joseph-Condotti its new interim Chief Executive Officer, following the resignation of Rekhiat Momoh.

The appointment was announced on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.

This leadership change comes shortly after TransGrid Consortium acquired a majority stake in the utility company in a deal valued at approximately ₦360 billion.

Joseph-Condotti is a seasoned executive in Nigeria’s power sector, having previously served as the Group Managing Director of West Power & Gas Limited, the former parent company of Eko Disco.

She is also deeply familiar with the company’s internal operations, having spent over a decade there in various senior roles, including Chief Legal Officer.
