Life Card International Limited, a global real estate investment firm, has officially launched its Dubai office to give Nigerian and international investors access to lucrative property opportunities in the UAE. The announcement came during a cocktail event in Lagos, held in partnership with Azizi Developments.

According to the company, Dubai remains a prime destination in real estate, with investment yields that can be funneled back into Nigeria’s economy. At the event, Grace Ofure Ibhakhomu, CEO of Life Card, said the partnership with Azizi is a carefully planned move to “enable our investors to enjoy quality service at cheaper rates than other companies.”

She added: “By reaping huge returns in dollar terms on investment, Azizi offers lower charge rates, with no taxation on investments or hidden charges. … There is also the advantage of an investor getting the 10‑year Golden Visa when his or her property investment threshold hits $550,000.”

Speaking for Azizi, Saad Khaled, Regional Director, noted that Azizi has operated in Dubai since 2008 and has delivered over 40 major projects. He said the firm aims to deepen its presence by tapping into Nigeria’s large market. He emphasized that investing in Dubai helps investors safeguard their returns by earning in dollars rather than volatile currencies.
