Coronation Insurance Plc and Coronation Life Assurance Limited have rolled out the second edition of their “Insure & Win” customer-reward campaign, offering a total of ₦35 million in prizes to new and existing policyholders.
Last year’s version of the promo proved to be a hit, and the company says the fresh edition is intended to further encourage Nigerians to make smart financial decisions. As the CEO of Coronation Insurance Plc put it: “The overwhelming response to last year’s campaign showed us that Nigerians appreciate being rewarded for making smart financial decisions.”
Under the new programme, customers who purchase any qualifying insurance policy from either Coronation Insurance Plc or Coronation Life Assurance Limited qualify for the draws. The range of eligible products is broad, from motor and home insurance to personal accident, business protection, and life-oriented plans.
In previous editions, winners have walked away with life-changing rewards, including brand-new cars, household appliances, and shopping vouchers, all aimed at showing that securing one’s assets and future doesn’t have to be dull or complicated.
The campaign runs nationwide between November 2025 and April 2026 and is open to both new and existing customers. Multiple draws spaced over the campaign period should provide several chances to win, the more qualified policies one buys, the higher the chances.
For the insurers, the promo does more than reward loyal customers: it serves as a strategic tool to deepen penetration in Nigeria’s under-insured population, increase premium income, and strengthen brand loyalty; growth that is especially valuable in a challenging macroeconomic environment. Indeed, Coronation Insurance recently reported that its revenue doubled to ₦49.4 billion in 2024 and profit before tax surged by 527 percent despite inflation and currency pressures illustrating resilience and strong fundamentals.
As consumers embrace the promo, increased uptake of insurance could raise overall financial-sector penetration in Nigeria. For Coronation, successful promos likely translate into higher premium inflows, bolstering profitability and enabling further underwriting capacity precisely when inflation and currency volatility are stifling many firms’ growth.
