Ugandan property billionaire Sudhir Ruparelia has launched the next phase of his Kingdom Kampala complex, a 21-storey tower featuring a rooftop helipad in the heart of Kampala’s business district.
This premium mixed-use development is designed to cater to high-end visitors, executives, and investors, offering a unique blend of luxury hotel rooms, upscale apartments, penthouses, and corporate offices.
The project, dubbed “phase two” of the Kingdom Kampala build, boasts a sleek glass-heavy design with landscaped terraces and a podium for retail and offices.
The rooftop helipad, a rare feature in Ugandan commercial real estate, underscores the project’s focus on convenience and exclusivity.
Phase one, completed in 2019, set a new standard for large-scale private development in Kampala, attracting retailers and corporate tenants with its shopping mall, office space, and multi-level parking.
The second phase is expected to further solidify Kingdom Kampala’s position as a premier destination for business, leisure, and entertainment.
Ruparelia’s vision for Kingdom Kampala is part of his broader strategy to develop a portfolio of hospitality and commercial real estate assets, including Pearl Tower One, a Grade A office landmark.
As Kampala continues to grow, developments like Kingdom Kampala are poised to meet the increasing demand for modern, high-quality infrastructure.
