First City Monument Bank (FCMB) marked “Customer Service Week” with vibrant celebrations, highlighting its commitment to exceptional service and customer empowerment. From October 7 to 11, 2025, the bank hosted a series of engaging activities under the theme “Above and Beyond,” emphasizing the limitless “possibilities” that arise when customers are placed at the heart of its operations.

FCMB’s branches buzzed with excitement as customers enjoyed thoughtful giveaways like branded pens, T-shirts, and bags, alongside sweet treats such as cupcakes and drinks. The week-long event featured interactive quizzes, games, and heartfelt appreciation gestures, creating a festive atmosphere across its network. These efforts showcased FCMB’s dedication to building stronger connections with its customers.

Yemisi Edun, FCMB’s Managing Director, expressed pride in the bank’s customer-centric approach. “Our customers are the heartbeat of our business,” she said, emphasizing how their trust fuels FCMB’s drive to innovate and exceed expectations. Edun highlighted the bank’s mission to empower customers, helping them achieve their financial goals through tailored solutions.

Ladi Balogun, Group Chief Executive of FCMB Group, reinforced this sentiment, noting the bank’s focus on fostering financial inclusion and sustainable growth. “We are committed to going ‘Above and Beyond’ to deliver exceptional service,” he said, underscoring how FCMB’s efforts align with creating shared value for customers and communities.

The celebrations also spotlighted FCMB’s innovative services, such as its digital banking platforms and accessible loan offerings, designed to simplify financial management for individuals and businesses. By prioritizing customer feedback, FCMB continues to refine its offerings, ensuring they meet diverse needs.

This Customer Service Week was more than a celebration. It was a testament to FCMB’s unwavering dedication to its customers. By fostering a culture of excellence and empowerment, the bank reaffirmed its role as a trusted partner in helping customers unlock new “possibilities” for growth and success.
