A new aviation and travel services company, Hawaz International Dynamics, has officially launched operations in Nigeria with a promise to improve the country’s aviation industry through innovation, professionalism, and global best practices.

The company announced that it was officially registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020 on March 13, 2025. Following its incorporation, the firm revealed plans to provide modern aviation solutions and reliable travel services for both local and international clients.

In a statement released in Abuja, the company explained that it was created to solve operational challenges within Nigeria’s aviation sector. According to the management, many airlines, travellers, government agencies, and aviation stakeholders often face difficulties related to logistics, approvals, compliance, and travel operations. Hawaz International Dynamics says it intends to fill those gaps with efficient and dependable services.

The company also disclosed that it has already secured important recognitions and certifications from several aviation and travel regulatory bodies in Nigeria and beyond. These include approvals from the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, International Air Transport Association, National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies, and the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria.

According to the company, its services will cover several areas within the aviation and travel industry. These include representing foreign airlines in Nigeria, supporting airline operations, processing landing and overflight permits, handling aviation compliance matters, and helping organisations obtain regulatory approvals.

The company also plans to provide travel management services such as airline ticket booking, visa processing, Hajj and Umrah travel arrangements, and aviation consultancy services. Through its tourism and travel division, Hawaz Travels and Tours, the organisation says it is licensed to offer travel solutions to governments, private companies, religious pilgrims, and individual travellers.

Management highlighted that one of the company’s greatest advantages is the experience of its leadership team. According to the statement, members of the management team have a combined aviation industry experience of more than 80 years. This, the company believes, will help it deliver quality services and maintain high operational standards.

The Chairman of the company, Tai Hassan Ejibunu, previously served as Director of Air Transport Management at the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development. His experience in the aviation sector is expected to contribute significantly to the company’s growth and direction.

Hawaz International Dynamics stated that all its operations will follow international aviation regulations and standards established by organisations such as ICAO, IATA, NCAA, and NAMA. The company added that safety, compliance, innovation, and strategic partnerships would remain key parts of its business approach.

The company further expressed its readiness to work with foreign airlines, investors, travel organisations, and government agencies looking for aviation support services in Nigeria and across Africa.

Its headquarters is located in Apo, Abuja, in the Federal Capital Territory, from where it plans to coordinate its operations and future expansion within the African aviation market.
