Zimbabwean billionaire Strive Masiyiwa’s Econet InfraCo is set to develop a multimillion-dollar luxury resort in Victoria Falls, featuring 40 exclusive villas and a 10-bed private hospital.

The Vic Falls Lifestyle resort promises premium amenities, including restaurants, wellness centers, and sports facilities, catering to high-net-worth individuals seeking privacy and luxury.

Econet InfraCo CEO Fayaz King emphasized that the villas will match top global hotels’ standards, offering hotel-level service and finishes.

The gated resort will prioritize security and privacy, with 24-hour protection and emergency services.

The project, valued at $1 billion, has already attracted local and international investors.

Buyers can own individual villas, with the option to rent them out for up to 11 months annually, balancing personal use with revenue potential.

Strive Masiyiwa, Econet’s founder and chairman, played an advisory role in shaping the development and is expected to be among the property owners.

This project marks Econet InfraCo’s second major development, following the Econet Tech City industrial and technology hub in Harare.
