Renowned Nigerian real estate firm Zenytal Properties has expanded its presence along the fast-growing Lekki-Epe corridor with the launch of Zenytal Gardens Phase 2 in Elerangbe, Ibeju-Lekki.

The new estate project was officially unveiled during a grand event that attracted more than 1,000 realtors, investors, business partners, and potential land buyers from different parts of Lagos and beyond.

The Lekki-Epe Expressway corridor has continued to witness rapid growth due to increasing residential and commercial developments in the area. As demand for housing rises, several real estate companies are investing heavily in the axis, with Zenytal Properties positioning itself as one of the firms aiming to reduce the housing shortage in Lagos.

Speaking during the launch, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, Afolayan Abiodun, explained that the decision to develop the second phase of the estate in Elerangbe was influenced by the success recorded in Phase 1 and the growing investment opportunities within Ibeju-Lekki.

According to him, the estate is designed to become a modern residential and commercial hub that combines culture, entertainment, and comfortable living for residents.

Abiodun described Ibeju-Lekki as one of Nigeria’s fastest-growing investment destinations, noting that the area is surrounded by several multi-billion-naira projects and infrastructure developments.

He also reaffirmed the company’s commitment to providing affordable but quality homes and business spaces for Nigerians while helping investors secure long-term value on their properties.

The estate comes with a Government Allocation Certificate of Occupancy (C of O), which the company says guarantees security for investors. Buyers can purchase plots in different sizes, including 300sqm, 500sqm, and 1000sqm commercial plots, with payment plans starting from an initial deposit of N5 million.

The launch of Phase 2 follows the success of Zenytal Gardens Phase 1, which was reportedly sold out. The company said the first phase attracted strong interest from investors because of its easy land acquisition process and flexible payment structure.

Zenytal Gardens Phase 2 is expected to feature modern infrastructure and luxury facilities aimed at improving residents’ lifestyles. Planned amenities include 24-hour security, constant electricity and water supply, paved roads with streetlights, drainage systems, a cinema, gym, amusement park, spa, clinic, gatehouse, museum, and a contemporary craft market.

Abiodun added that Elerangbe is gradually becoming one of the most valuable real estate locations in Lagos due to the steady expansion of residential and commercial activities in the area.

He further highlighted the estate’s strategic location, noting that it is close to major projects and landmarks such as the Lekki Deep Sea Port, Pan-Atlantic University, the proposed Lekki International Airport, Alaro City, and the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway.

Nigerian comedian and actor MC Lively, whose real name is Michael Sani Amanesi, also attended the launch and praised the project. He stated that the estate’s location makes it suitable for families, professionals, and investors because of its easy access to workplaces, relaxation centers, and essential services.

As part of activities during the event, Zenytal Properties rewarded several realtors through raffle draws with cash prizes and household items including microwaves, standing fans, toasters, power banks, tripods, and a 32-inch smart television. The company said the gesture reflects its commitment to supporting partners and encouraging shared prosperity.
